Passive Income Mission Statement

Lets start this blog by telling you a little about my current situation. My name is Chris Flaherty I am a 26 year old Manager for a major corporation. Now doesn't that sound wonderful! The problem is this particular corporation doesn't really pay enough to get by. I currently am making $34,008 a year salary which sounds amazing until you take into account my $2040 a month in reoccurring bills. You know Rent, Food, Utilities ect. That said I am starting this adventure from the ground up, I have no nest egg, no start up money, nothing, just my 9-5 and whatever I can scrounge after the bills are paid, and the wife is happy.

However I do have a few things going for me, from age 16-23 I started and sold two separate businesses in marketing. I have been google AdWords certified twice in the past, and once upon a time was part of the Microsoft AdExcellence program. Honest to god I once was even called a genius by my AdWords Rep which was pretty awesome. However the sad truth of the matter is my first business was sold for a whopping $2000, my second $3500. I was young (I Guess I still am), bored and didn't really care I just wanted out.

So here I am 26 years old working a 9-5 J.O.B (Just Over Broke) and finally have made the decision I am going to put in work. I am going to be independently wealthy by 2017. I will list out some Pro's about myself below, mostly for me, so I can always come back to this page and remember what exactly I had going for me at the start of this journey.

1. Started and sold two businesses in marketing
2. Have represented clients from lawyer, doctors, make-up artists, diamond dealers, affiliate marketers, dog walkers, real estate agents you name it.
3. Even though I sold out early, I have my knowledge of marketing, from the trenches that I can build on.

Even now when creating this post, I am thinking to myself, where is this going, where is your SEO. However this first post, the first and most important post is not about SEO, conversions, or to get anyone reading it buying something. In fact this entire blog is not about this blogs SEO, conversions, or any of that other silly stuff. It is simply my mission statement, and to help anyone else who might want to make some passive income by keeping them updated with my day to day activities.

I decided on a few guidelines for myself, that I will work with throughout this journey that I will list below mostly for myself, as a reminder.

1. I will not limit myself to "This or That" as I am willing to try anything and everything. However I will Limit myself to opportunities that provide returns on investments within 3 months.
2. I will only develop investments which have a core foundation or option in passive residual income.
3. I will update this website each day with my research, findings, or reports for that particular day.
4. I will make myself available to communicate with anyone who participates in this website, though I make no promises in my other endeavors.
